The discussion committee consisted of Prof. Dr. Safaa Lotfi as Chairman, and the membership of Prof. Dr. Maher Kamel Al-Nasiri, Prof. Dr. Ayad Al-Shabli, Asst. Prof. Dr. Saheb Jassim Hassan Al-Bayati, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Bahaa Al-Saadi, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ali Alwan. The thesis was highly appreciated by the committee with a rating of "Very Good."
