The book entitled “The summary in the evolution of parietal art”, by Professor Dr. Safa Lutfi, talks about the artistic development that parietal art followed in the first place within several (influential) considerations that were effective in the diversity of its forms and styles. Just as our attention is drawn to the places in which this art was implemented as a distinct technology, and this is exactly what parallels it to an important element of its cultural rootedness at various artistic and intellectual levels. Among those first considerations are those related to the functioning of the parietal art and the technology, stylistic and aesthetic associated with it. These elements that embody (its identity) or its intellectual process of human meaning are closely related. As if it was a human being that possesses the elements of life and existence. From here, when we reviewed the historical development of parietal art, it became clear to us the extent of the development and influence it had attained, as if a kind of communication in the field of the social mentality of the human being through the ages, which results in a kind of bilateral interdependence from civilization to human and from human to civilization has occurred. In her research, the author studied the development that parietal photography has gone through on various places and times despite the events that stormed the civilizations that appeared in the world and almost obliterated them or made them a manifestation of a hybrid civilization. This encourages the intention to study the development of parietal and cultural art. Thus, the author had to find (treasures) in the parietal art that could inform the readers of all her artistic and intellectual data, so she asks: Is it just automatic art that expresses the feelings of a person or a group of people? Or does it express the traditions of a people or a group of people? Then the author tried to figure out the extent to which parietal art in a time and place was influenced by another wall art, and the extent of intertwining one art over another. These are the general guidelines by which this book was prepared.
